Gladiola Dona has studied Hospitality and Tourism in Salzburg, Austria, where she also worked and gained a lot of experince in this field. Later, she also studied Business Management and Marketing. She holds a master degree in Teaching and Learning and has attended a lot of professional courses and workshops. Gladiola has about 10 years of working experince in executive roles in international education. She has founded the Hospitality and Tourism Academy and together with other trainers she trains, mentors and consults entrepreneurs and professionals to grow professionally and perform better.
Linda coordinates the work at the Academy. She is one of the key persons that ensures a good quality education as well as sucessful operations for the businesses that the academy consults. She is a trainer of Marketing and Social Media. She has worked in marketing companies where she has gained a long experince in managing marketing campaigns.
Endrit is a trainer and expert at the Hospitality and Tourism Academy, specialized in Bartending and Management. Endrit’s experince is vast. He started this profession at an early age and has about 20 years of working experince in this field. He is a graduate of the Hotel and Tourism Highschool and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Endrit continues broaden his professional knowledge through courses and workshops, while managing some businesses and also training and mentoring young Barmen.
Gid is a trainer and expert at the Hospitality and Tourism Academy, specialized in Front Desk and Hotel Management. He has 20 years of working experince in management roles in top hotels. Gid holds a master degree in Tourism Management and has attended a lot of workshops abroad which have shaped him as a professional. Currently, he manages the Room Division in one of the top Hotel Brands in the world, Hilton. From experince, Gid knows exaclty the guests expectations and hotel procedures. He shares his experince with his students and consults businesses to excel and perform better.
Flori is a trainer and expert of housekeeping and maintenance at the Hospitality and Tourism Academy. He has over 15 years of experience in planning, expertise and staff training in this field. During his career Flori has attended a lot of worksshops abroad about housekeeping procedures and standards. Flori manages one of the biggest cleaning companies in town, where e manages over 200 employees.
Sueanne is a Culinary Arts trainer at the Hospitality and Tourism Academy. She comes from US where she has studied Culinary Arts. She is a Food Management certified trainer and has 30 years of working experience. She traines her students on how to manage the kitchen team, create a menu, manage inventory, calculate costs as well as how to manage the food safety. Sueanne transmits good energy and passion for this profession while teaching her students on how to suceed.
Ermal is a trainer of the most innovative field at the moment, Commercial Photography. He is a trained photographer specialized in this filed. Ermal has attended a lot of workshops and is an expert in Food Photography, Product Photography and Property Photography. He teaches his students on how to polish their business image on websites, social media and leaflets.
